In these three 90-minute mini courses, we'll cover: -the subtle somatics of "good girl" conditioning -the monthly emotional wave that nobody ever talks about -the real life reasons why it's not always safe to just "be in our bodies" -how to integrate the complexity and step into your personal power This class is a Red Tent - it's for women, people who menstruate, were assigned "female" at birth, etc. No boys allowed.
