HD Wellness School

"Strategy & Authority" sounds so simple, but for some of us, it's not that easy.​Entering into the Human Design experiment means that you have to be able to actually tune into your authority - and for most of us, that's a physical, felt sense of "yes." Being able to feel into that sensation in the body is key - and that's why I created this program.  ​HD Wellness School is what I wish I had at the beginning - a place to study & learn about how to actually live my design, heal my nervous system so I could connect with my inner authority, and start making decisions as myself.​HD Wellness School is an a la carte, rolling curriculum, designed to give you targeted foundational knowledge in the areas you want to explore, and practical tips on how to actually be in the experiment. Topics vary depending on whatever's lighting up my brain & spleen at any given moment.
