RESTORATIVE ENERGY WORK Nine Centered Reiki is a modern update on a classic modality: remote energy healing through a nine centered lens. This format integrates the tried-and-true teachings of Usui Reiki with the nine-centered blueprint of Human Design. These 30-minute sessions are conducted remotely so you can relax & receive in your own environment. All you have to do is set the intention to receive. HOW IT WORKS: Your practitioner (me) connects to the Universal Energy Field (qi) and then acts as a conduit to direct that energy into your system. Think: energetic recharge + software update. Once you're plugged in, the Universal Qi travels where it's needed. This is a direct interface between an intelligent stream of energy and your unique aura that results in a bespoke healing experience and frequency update. While that's happening, your aura also starts to communicate with me through a symbolic visual and somatic language of colors, lifeforms, environments, and sensations. Sometimes it comes through as a diagnostic scan, other times it looks like a movie. Every aura communicates in its own way about what it's carrying. After your session, you'll receive a voice note that outlines what was communicated. For additional support interpreting and integrating that feedback, you can book a separate AFTERCARE session for sound-boarding, processing, and strategic experiments for improving specific outcomes. Stand-alone sessions are like a spa day for your aura: restorative, relaxing, and balancing. Repeat sessions will have a cumulative affect that moves you into a deeper connection with your body, more emotional clarity, and ultimately, a higher state of coherence.
