Cord Cutting

We all form energetic cords to other people - especially when we care about them. However, over time these cords can drain our energy or contribute to a cycle of codependency, which can hold us back from living our fullest, most empowered lives. CORD CUTTING is an essential part of energy hygiene, and something I recommend if you are struggling to let go of an ex, change the dynamic with a parent or friend, or release the grip of a past boss, sibling, teacher, or anyone else. Cord cutting sessions are fully remote, no contact, just like Nine Centered Reiki. All you have to do is find a quiet place to lie down and set the intention to release unhealthy attachments. On my end, this is what's happening: *Tune into your energy and set a grounding anchor *Create a safe space with Reiki energy *Feel into the connection with this other person *Tap into forgiveness and gratitude *Use the combination of Universal energy and your own energy to release this other person with love *Call back your own vital life force energy *Integrate and rebalance your energy system MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR CORD CUTTING It’s important that you go into your cord cutting with a calm, clear mind. This is not the space to bring anger or resentment.
