Post-treatment analysis & integration Nine Centered Reiki is often an initiation. It can bump up against old emotional trauma or open you up to a new cognitive or sensory experience. Sometimes a session can validate something that you've never talked to anyone about. And for those who are experiencing long-term illness or mystery health conditions, it can give you a glimpse into something that feels important and actionable, but the next steps aren't immediately clear. AFTERCARE sessions are designed specifically for these cases, where you could use additional support integrating your experience and navigating what comes next. WHAT TO EXPECT: *45-minute live video call, where we process your session together. *Sound-boarding & witnessing: we talk through your experience and explore the meanings and messages that came through during your session. *Chart analysis: we connect the dots between your experience and your Bodygraph, with a particular focus on somatic and sensory indicators in your Human Design chart. *Action-planning and strategic experiments: protocols & practical experiments for you to run in your real life.
