Upcoming Class: The Biology of Cognition: Special Cells & the BodyGraph 4 weekly meetups beginning on Thursday, October 19, 2023, 11am CT Special Cells & the BodyGraph explores the biology of cognition and the specialized structures & cells in our bodies that detect the world around us. Class Overview: 10/19/23: Splenic Binary: Smell & Taste 10/26/23: Ajna Binary: Visual Cortex & Light Detection 11/02/23: Solar Plexus Binary: Feeling & Touch 11/09/23: The Acoustic Realm: Sound & Vibration Workshop Format: This is a live, 4-week workshop including presentation of educational material, Q + A, and lots of discussion. Each session will focus on one sensory binary (splenic, ajna, solar plexus) and the specialized cells & nervous system structures that support our cognitive biology. The 4th & final session will be focused on sound, vibration, and the "acoustic realm."
