Topics include (but aren't limited to): DETERMINATION - how to feed your brain and optimize your intake ENVIRONMENT - what your design side nodes can tell you about WHERE you'll feel most at ease COGNITION - trusting your sensory super-skill YOUR MIND & MOTIVATION - befriending the Not Self and connecting with your TRUE outer authority. We'll get into: UNDEFINED CENTERS - release the unhelpful narratives & habits in your undefined centers PROFILE - how your conscious mind meddles with your body's needs MOTIVATION & TRANSFERENCE - spot the difference between mind chatter and what's actually correct for you These sessions are about answering the questions that bug you the most, and empowering you to fully engage in YOUR experiment.
